PURPOSE


The Master of Science in Nursing program prepares professional nurses for leadership roles in healthcare systems, nursing education, and healthcare administration. The program integrates advanced nursing knowledge, evidence-based practice, leadership development, and ethical decision-making.

Objectives

Graduates of the MSN program will be able to:
  • Apply advanced nursing theories to professional practice and leadership.
  • Integrate research and evidence-based practice in healthcare decision-making.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership within healthcare organizations.
  • Promote quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Develop and implement nursing education or healthcare management strategies.
  • Practice ethical and culturally competent healthcare leadership.
