PURPOSE
The Master of Science in Nursing program prepares professional nurses for leadership roles in healthcare systems, nursing education, and healthcare administration. The program integrates advanced nursing knowledge, evidence-based practice, leadership development, and ethical decision-making.
Objectives
Graduates of the MSN program will be able to:- Apply advanced nursing theories to professional practice and leadership.
- Integrate research and evidence-based practice in healthcare decision-making.
- Demonstrate effective leadership within healthcare organizations.
- Promote quality improvement and patient safety.
