1. Please fill in each application form as instructed. When you have completed each form, the school representative will check and approve it.

2. You don’t need to wait for the approval of each form. When you are done with a form, you may proceed to the next one to complete the application process.

3. Regarding Form B, 1) fill out the personal information, 2)choose your option in the box , 3)download the form, 4)let the recommeder fill out and sign it, and 5)you may uoload the completed form.
   (추천서 양식(B-1,B-2)은 1) 먼저 개인정보를 기입하고, 2)"Important Privacy Note" 박스 안 질문( 입학 이후 추천서 및 기타 본인 제출서류들을 열람할 권리를 양도합니까)에 대해 선택하신 후 3)추천서 양식을 다운로드, 4)추천자에게 작성 및 싸인 받으신 후5)업드로 하시면 됩니다. )

4. Regarding Form F, you can print the document and upload it when completed by the doctor. Or if you click one of the boxes for the exemptions, you will only need to sign the document.
   (면역접종확인서(Form F) 역시, 양식을 프린트하여 담당의사가 기입하고 싸인한 후, 업로드하십시오. 온라인 과정 지원자와 같이 의사의 확인을 면제 받을 수 있는 경우에는 자신에게 해당되는 박스에 체크한 후 지원자 본인이 싸인하여 제출하시면 됩니다.)

5. For the MA or a higher degree application, you may upload the graduation certificates and the transcripts under the “Document Submission“menu. However, you must also submit the official and sealed transcripts to be considered for admission. For the Bachelor degree application, you must submit the high school diploma or the GED certificate under the “Document Submission” menu.
   (석박사 과정 지원자의 경우, 졸업증명서와 성적증명서를 "문서 제출” 메뉴를 통해 업로드하실 수 있습니다. 단, 지원과정이 완료되려면, 해당 학교가 공식적으로 발행하여 학교의 직인으로 봉한 성적증명서 제출이 반드시 필요합니다. 학사 과정 지원자의 경우, 고등학교 졸업장이나 검정고시 증명서를 "문서제출” 메뉴를 통해 업로드할 수 있습니다.)
