ABHE Accreditation News

Georgia Central University attained Candidate Status from the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) on February 14, 2023. ABHE is a U.S. Department of Education-recognized accrediting agency based in Orlando, Florida.

ABHE allowed GCU to prepare for the application of a fast track for initial accreditation as soon as possible. Currently, all degrees of GCU are available, ranging from Associate to Doctorate. All degrees are a part of the accredited program. Along with general studies courses taught from a Christian worldview perspective, the degree programs prepare students for a wide range of job and ministry opportunities.
