Dear GCU students,
Greetings.
In the wake of the national emergency caused by the COVID-19 outbreak in the US, GCU faculty and staff decided to implement the following emergency plans:
First, there will be no geophysical classes on main and extension campuses for the next five weeks (including spring break week). So, those who are taking one or more onsite courses will need to make up the remaining class sessions, either through an online education platform or by doing supplementary assignments (10 credit hours). The instructor will provide the details of the alternative path to his/her enrolled students. (N.B.: Please note that the online classes will continue as scheduled.)
Second, we will temporarily stop offering weekly chapel worship services on main and extension campuses until further notice. For the next five weeks, students may submit a worship reflection report on the Sunday worship service, through a Google form, each week. The office of the chaplain will provide detailed instruction on this report to all current students soon.
Third, until the end of April, the GCU office will open reduced hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm. If you want to visit the campus, please contact the relevant department in advance so that we may serve you better.

We wish every one of you stay healthy amid the COVID-19 crisis. Also, we pray that we can see you face to face and share with you the joy of learning in classrooms, with a peaceful heart.
Thank you and blessings,
The Office of Academic Affairs
